Broadly speaking the job prospects in this industry include working in Hotels in any of the five above mentioned departments, Restaurants, Hotel consultancy services, catering etc. One could also open small hotels, restaurants or bakeries or can work in airlines as well.

COURSE DETAILS :

If you want to go in this profession of Hotel Management a Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management from a recognised institution is a must. The eligibility criteria for admission to a Hotel Management Institute is 10+2 . Fluency in English is compulsory. Some Management Training Schemes are also available for graduates in any discipline from a recognised university.
