Technologies (IITs) - Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kharagpur, Kanpur and Guwahati, the Institute of Technology (BHU) at
Varanasi and the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad
conduct joint entrance examination (JEE) for admission. There is also the Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Engineers (AMIE) which enables working people in the private and public sector or diploma holders to acquire a bachelors degree in engineering through distance education for career advancement. After passing AMIE exams, candidates can go for a masters or Ph.D programmes. Some institutes also offer a five-year integrated engineering course after 10+2 leading to an M.Sc. The students, who enjoy planning for
the future, can join Indian Institute of Planning and
Management (IIPM) at Dera Mandi, Mehrauli, New Delhi. The regular
programmes offered by the institute include a two year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in
Planning and Management of National Economy (PGDPM), three year Integrated programme for
undergraduates and Fellowship programme. The institute has collaborated with International Management Institute (IMI), Europe. In order to provide an exposure to the global business environment, the institute sends its students on a 10-15 day foreign tour to different countries, during the spring-summer session. During the trip, students are taught a special paper on Global Opportunity and Threat Analysis. Yes, there are lot of career

focus on Painting, Scripting and Applied arts (Commercial Art, Illustration,

training in fine arts can be done through Bachelor in Fine Arts (BFA), a four-year degree program segmented into two courses, namely
